About Ovsanna Charliyan
Working as a single mother in 2004, Ovsanna Charliyan knew she needed to make big changes to provide for her daughters. She enjoyed her office tech position at LAUSD, but it just wasn’t making ends meet. Recognizing that she had a natural affinity for working with others, she put her attention toward earning her real estate license while maintaining her job. Little did she know that she was opening the door to the career of her dreams.
Ovsanna grew up in Yerevan, Armenia. Upon graduating high school in 1980, she immediately got accepted to college where she pursued a degree in nursing. By 1984, she was working a demanding job as a registered nurse. But life continued happening. In 1990, she made the move to the U.S. where she quickly earned her degree in Word Processing, paving the way for her work at LAUSD.
Today, Ovsanna is bringing her highly organized, reliable, and compassionate approach to serving clients all across the San Fernando Valley, Glendale, and Burbank communities. She adores seeing the reactions of clients when she introduces them to their dream homes. It’s her honor to earn the trust of people from so many diverse backgrounds with her trademark honesty and integrity. When you work with Ovsanna, you can count on her to thoroughly explain each step of a transaction with her meticulous, detail-oriented manner and caring patience.
As the mother of two beautiful girls and the grandmother of four precious grandchildren, almost everything Ovsanna does leads back to her family. She loves spending as much of her free time with them as possible. But, when she has alone time, she’s also been known to indulge in the occasional game of chance!
